Welcome to Bumblebee (operated by Bee-Tech LLC, "Bumblebee", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://bumblebee.tech ("Site"), the Bumblebee front‑end interface, and the decentralized Bumblebee Protocol ("Services").

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have full legal capacity, and if acting for a company, have authority to bind that entity.

3. About Bumblebee

Bumblebee provides a decentralized finance front-end enabling lending and borrowing of digital assets via smart contracts on blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, and BSC. Bumblebee is non‑custodial and does not control private keys, assets, or on-chain execution.

4. Wallet Connections & Blockchain Interactions

You must use a compatible Web3 wallet. Blockchain transactions are public, irreversible, and outside Bumblebee's control. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.

5. Fees & Gas Costs

You are fully responsible for gas fees, network costs, and third‑party fees. Bumblebee does not control or collect gas fees and cannot guarantee fee availability or cost.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to comply with all laws and use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include fraud, AML/CTF violations, security breaches, automated scraping, malware distribution, impersonation, and posting harmful or deceptive content.

7. Risks

Decentralized finance carries significant risks, including smart‑contract bugs, volatility, blockchain outages, loss of private keys, liquidation, and protocol discontinuation. You assume all risks related to your use of the Site and Protocol.

8. No Financial or Investment Advice

All content is informational only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Seek professional advice before making decisions.

9. Third‑Party Services & Links

The Site may include external links. Bumblebee does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third‑party content or services.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, interfaces, and Site content are owned by Bee‑Tech LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or reproduce Site materials without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, granting Bumblebee a license to use it for operating the Site.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Bumblebee does not guarantee accuracy, security, uptime, or error‑free operation. Use is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bumblebee harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Site, violation of Terms, or breach of law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect obligations incurred beforehand.

16. Arbitration & Governing Law

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration. Seat: Switzerland. Governing law: Swiss law.

You waive the right to a jury trial and agree to individual arbitration only.
